I have observed temporary correction of anticlockwise 90 degree rotation on road near LPU gate Kapurthala while going to Kiratpur Sahib on 9 / 12 / 24
I noticed rotation in India and Canada. Rotation are 90 degree clockwise & anti-clockwise and 180 degree. Rotation are temporary and permanent.
